In this light the artificial organization of human and material resources into the corporation have enabled forces of capitalism and the state to focus their efforts on some allocative output as a good or service. As all productive forces there are externalites to the firms efforts. These are sometimes called spillover effects. In the human rights dimension this may be the marginalization of persons in the vicinity of production. The conflict with Shell and native tribes in Nigeria is an ongoing event. In the United States the last 15 years have created an unbridled culture of plutocracy which is a tyranny based on the selling of small objects in contrast to oligarchy which is tyranny of the holding of large properties. A study by USC researchers Adrian Raine and Yaling Lang has provided structural support for the diagnostics of persons considered pathological liars. Earlier work emphasized the prefrontal cortex in ordinary liars.  Liars had a 25.7 percent increase in prefrontal white matter compared to the antisocial controls and a 22 percent increase compared to the normal controls. Liars had a 14.2 percent decrease in prefrontal gray matter compared to normal controls (Sutliff 2005). In addition to any structural component the social dimensions or triggers that differentiate a purely nativistic and deterministic antecedent need to be considered. There has been much movement in the area of human rights recently. The United States Senate will most likely confirm John Roberts tomorrow. I personally do not support him for the prima facie reason he has not recognized this event of scorched earth.   His mentor William Rehnquist did not either.   I am preparing a Grand Jury Complaint for Del Norte, California. I was severely harassed while doing my human rights blogging at College of the Redwoods.   This is a criminal complaint. It will turn into a civil suit that could end up in front of the United States Supreme Court. It takes four votes by a judge to bring for a writ of certiorari .   This complaint will also be against Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger as a de facto official. Since my last post involved a letter to Mark Leno D - San Francisco of the State of California. Agents of LAPD are most likely the Baltimore Studio or now The Studio have up their attacks on my work. This Studio has no legitimate purpose but to falsify and mutilate evidence.  They are a commercial ad studio operating out of Baltimore allegedly working with LAPD and the Delaware State Police.  They have no real substantive computer skills past word processing and basic scripts. I have lived in SCORCHED EARTH Conditions for 19 years and have been forced to travel through San Francisco numerous times. I am currently writing from Northern California at College of the Redwoods, Crescent City. I do not know of anyone else who has directly written or filed any complaints concerning the Systematic Human Rights abuse here in the United States. This results in a serious overvaluation based on merit on collective and individual performance. I am constantly and falsely categorized into false sets and groups by LAPD which I have not conscious intent or behavior than would warrant my inclusion into such sets other than scapegoating. My personal human rights event is approaching my 44th birthday which will be Wednesday. Censorship begins with a coverup of incompetence. Here this event is entering 19 years. The arc of lifespan and of most recent tyrannies is nearly twenty years.  What is interesting is that one of the factors that will affect the outcome is the physical and biological health of the perpetrators. The main structural support for de facto systems is defection. In this instance I am referring to the standing set of rules that comprise citizenship in the Social Contract Theory which is the accepted model of government worldwide. Within this model are a set of primary and secondary laws. The primary laws are the rights of citizenship and the duties that one has to perform. The secondary laws are the codes that define the officials and procedures that are used to uphold the primary law.  In de facto or criminal acts, usually elements of the secondary law usurp the right of the citizen. Hence this is a rule of force. The elements are usually the military or police.  Impunity is usually sought from prosecution directly from the courts. POWER REALITY The legacy of Sandra Day O’Connor will not be measured in her positions on swing issues as abortion. Hello All.   Faith and Human Rights are consistent. In the United States particularly the cultural conflict has polarized substantial issues concerning the minimal preservation and treatment of persons. There have been attempts by one side or the other to exclude the opposition so the topic of Human rights may be the exclusive domain of their paradigm. The attempt by secularists to stack academia in one perspective and evangelicals to so in the judiciary also reflects this dilemma. The privatization of agendas here is also an issue as persons perish and or injured while persons squander resources on personal agendas.  However there are bridges to this polarization. I am writing from College of the Redwoods in Crescent City, Del Norte California. I am becoming increasingly confident that the cultural members in the zeitgeist are static and fatalistic in the leadership and comprehension of what is occurring.
