In this light the artificial organization of human and material resources into the corporation have enabled forces of capitalism and the state to focus their efforts on some allocative output as a good or service. As all productive forces there are externalites to the firms efforts. These are sometimes called spillover effects. In the human rights dimension this may be the marginalization of persons in the vicinity of production. The conflict with Shell and native tribes in Nigeria is an ongoing event. In the United States the last 15 years have created an unbridled culture of plutocracy which is a tyranny based on the selling of small objects in contrast to oligarchy which is tyranny of the holding of large properties.
