Since my last post involved a letter to Mark Leno D - San Francisco of the State of California. Agents of LAPD are most likely the Baltimore Studio or now The Studio have up their attacks on my work. This Studio has no legitimate purpose but to falsify and mutilate evidence.  They are a commercial ad studio operating out of Baltimore allegedly working with LAPD and the Delaware State Police.  They have no real substantive computer skills past word processing and basic scripts. What is the problem is their sexual orientation and drug use interfere with the cognition and behavior.  THEY ARE PERFORMING NO LEGITIMATE WORK FOR THE POLICE IN THIS SYSTEMATIC HATE CRIME. Dear Assembly member Leno, My name is David Nollmeyer. I am writing you concerning HUMAN RIGHTS. I have lived in SCORCHED EARTH Conditions for 19 years and have been forced to travel through San Francisco numerous times. The air is sprayed by placing chemicals as sulfur in car engines and driving.  The leaders are from LAPD code-named "Dealers". The Delaware State Police, Baltimore PD, and agents Baltimore Studio are also involved.  LAPD and the Baltimore Studio are Gay and Bisexual I would argue their orientation at the predator level.  I AM A LIFLONG HETEROSEXUAL AND HAVE BEEN CONTINUALLY THROUGH THIS ORDEAL.  I AM CONTINUALLY HARRASSED BY HOOLIGANS WHO LIE IN WAIT AND SLAM DOORS AND OBJECTS WITH IMPUNITY BY THESE ROGUE POLICEMAN WHO BELIEVE THEY CAN CIRCUMVENT CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. I AM ASKING YOU AND ANY OTHER PERSON IN THE GLBT COMMUNITY TO DENOUNCE THESE ELEMENTS.  These persons call themselves a Gay Militia and advocate and practice manifest VIOLENCE....

I am currently writing from Northern California at College of the Redwoods, Crescent City. I do not know of anyone else who has directly written or filed any complaints concerning the Systematic Human Rights abuse here in the United States. This results in a serious overvaluation based on merit on collective and individual performance. I am constantly and falsely categorized into false sets and groups by LAPD which I have not conscious intent or behavior than would warrant my inclusion into such sets other than scapegoating. This is a class stratification concept.  There are formal rules as laws and informal rules as tradition and localisms. All of these processes can operate on a individual or collective. Homeland Security is coming to dominate the formation of policy from the top down. My personal human rights event is approaching my 44th birthday which will be Wednesday. Censorship begins with a coverup of incompetence. Here this event is entering 19 years. The arc of lifespan and of most recent tyrannies is nearly twenty years.  What is interesting is that one of the factors that will affect the outcome is the physical and biological health of the perpetrators. LAPD and the Baltimore Studio average over 240 pounds.  I have maintained a weight of no more than about 158 lbs. Here in Del Norte County CA we are in a corner of a tryad and triangle configuration that is no more than artist tyranny that has some application in comparative statistical analization. One of the key components of human rights abuse is the censorship of real history and the consequent sanitization of what has happened. This is a 24/7 365 days a year event in this continuum. The "group" theory is central to the shield for LAPD. It can be a non-place culture in that all smokers are not localized in a specific geographic location. Conversely localisms, regionalism, and nationalisms, are also used as a substitute for formal rules as positive rights. The main structural support for de facto systems is defection. In this instance I am referring to the standing set of rules that comprise citizenship in the Social Contract Theory which is the accepted model of government worldwide. Within this model are a set of primary and secondary laws. The primary laws are the rights of citizenship and the duties that one has to perform. The secondary laws are the codes that define the officials and procedures that are used to uphold the primary law.  In de facto or criminal acts, usually elements of the secondary law usurp the right of the citizen. Hence this is a rule of force. The elements are usually the military or police.  Impunity is usually sought from prosecution directly from the courts. If the de facto elements are free from any consideration of criminal or civil prosecution the operation will have room to expand until it is checked. POWER REALITY The legacy of Sandra Day O’Connor will not be measured in her positions on swing issues as abortion. She will be greatly remembered, as will all of the Rehnquist court for what they did not do.   What I am referring to is de facto human rights abuse that has occurred over the past twenty years.
